When you place an order, create an account, or contact us through this website, we may collect: your name; billing and/or delivery address; email address; phone number; the products you order and their price; and any message you send us through our Contact form. If you choose Local Courier delivery, we share your delivery address with our courier so they can deliver your order.
Payment Information
This website does not currently process online card payments. Orders are settled as ‘Pay in Person’ — directly with us, by card, cash or EFT — so we do not collect or store your card number, expiry date or CVV through this website.
How We Use Your Information

- to arrange collection appointments (for example, for Free Range Eggs) or delivery
- to respond to enquiries you send us through our Contact form

Like most WooCommerce-powered stores, this site uses cookies needed to operate your shopping cart, remember items you’ve added, and keep you logged in if you have an account. We only share it where necessary — for example with a courier company for Local Courier deliveries, or with service providers who help us run this website (such as our hosting and email providers) — and only to the extent needed to provide our services to you.

We keep order and customer records for as long as needed to fulfil your order, meet our accounting and tax obligations, and handle any warranty or dispute, unless we are required to keep it for longer.
